Beijing Advanced Speakers Club is proud to support our member, Keith Ostergard, DTM as a candidate for the 2009-2011 International Director for Districts Not Assigned to Regions to represent the districts that comprise DNAR on the Toastmasters International Board of Directors.  Keith was the 2007-2008 District Governor of District 85 and led the district to achieve President's Distinguished District honors.
