Membership Membership in the Beijing Advanced Speakers Club is open to any paid member of a club (either in Beijing or any other club) that has completed either their CTM/CC or higher level of educational achievement in Toastmasters, or that has completed at least their 7th project in the Competent Communicator Manual. Prospective members that have not completed their CTM/CC award should have the VP-Education of their home club send an email to the VP-Education of the Beijing Advanced Speakers Club informing us that they have met the club membership requirements so they can be invited to join. Members joining are encouraged to maintain their membership in their home club so they can share their knowledge and experience with their home club. If you wish, you can complete the online membership application for the club and our VP-Education will contact you concerning your request to join the Beijing Advanced Speakers Club. Membership dues for the club are ¥350 each semi annual period. If a member joins at a time other than during the renewal period, the table below shows the prorated membership dues based upon the month you become a member. Membership Dues
